Skilled Nursing

Professional Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse provide prescribed treatments, assess changes and supervise the care of the patient. An emphasis is placed on patient and family instruction to promote maximum self-care.

Home Health Aid

A qualified Home Health Aide will assist with care as directed and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Physical Therapy

Is used to help the patient regain strenght, endurance, and coordination. Service provided includes heat, message, ultrasound, and special exercises as prescribed by the doctor.

Psychiatric Nursing

Involves evaluation of patient’s mental and behavioral condition to determine proper treatment in coordination with the physician to guide patients in their journey to mental wellness.

Occupational Therapy

Provides activities and excercises designed to help the patient resume self-care and normal daily life.

Speech Therapy

Involves treatment that helps the patient with speaking, hearing, and languange problems. Speech Therapy, for example it may be necessary for a stroke victim who needs help in regaining the ability to talk or speak clearly again.

Respiratory Therapy

Provides setup and instructions on operation of respiratory devices including oxygen and ventilators, tracheostomy care and education, determine requirements for treatment in coordination with the physician, and asses patient’s responses to therapy.

Medical Social Services

A service needed to assess and remedy social environment, and emotional factors which relate to the patient's health problems. Community resources can be utilize for patient's adjustment and rehabilitation.

Nutrition Consultant

Provides assistance to patients with nutritional problems performed in accordance with physician's order.
